JOB DESCRIPTION
Throughout the course of the summer interns will learn the skills necessary for an entry level sales position and pursue a professional career in aquatic sports. Interns will be responsible for making outbound calls to swim teams and passing along leads to account executives. The ideal applicant is someone who is passionate about the sport of swimming, possesses strong verbal communication skills, and is self-motivated. No prior experience is necessary – the internship program is designed for students pursuing a degree in sales, marketing, and/or business development who want to kickstart their career and gain real job experience prior to graduation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently matriculated college student

Experience in competitive swimming

Strong organizational and verbal communication skills

Ability to work under low supervision and be self-motivated
